Your data stays yours.

Building enterprise AI around a business shouldn't mean handing it to one. Here's how we keep your information inside your walls.

The fastest way to get an AI project killed by legal is to be vague about where the data goes. And rightly so — the moment your workflows touch customer records, deal terms, or internal numbers, "we'll figure out security later" stops being acceptable. So we don't do it later. Privacy and security are design constraints from the first conversation, not a checkbox before launch.

1. Software we build, not black boxes we resell

Where it matters, we build the system in-house — enterprise-grade software we own and maintain — instead of routing your business through a mystery vendor. That means fewer third parties in the path of your data, and a clear answer to the question every security team asks: who, exactly, can see this?

2. Data boundaries by design

We design for least-exposure. Sensitive context stays local where it should. We control precisely what a model is allowed to see, scope access to the task at hand, and — non-negotiably — never let third parties train on your private data. The default is that your information never leaves the boundary you've drawn around it.

The goal isn't to bolt security onto an AI workflow. It's to design a workflow that was never leaky in the first place.

3. Secrets, access, and monitoring done properly

Keys and credentials get real secrets management — not pasted into a config and forgotten. Access is scoped and auditable. And the system is monitored: we instrument what the AI does so drift, misuse, and surprises surface early instead of in an incident report.

This is the same principle as the rest of how we work: AI gets rules, ownership, and monitoring before it touches a real decision. A system that can act on your business is a system that needs guardrails on day one, not day ninety.

What this means for you

It means you can put AI close to the work that actually matters — the sensitive, high-value workflows where the leverage is real — without taking on the exposure that usually comes with it. You get the upside of automation and the boundaries of a system that was designed to keep your business yours.

That's the deal: we design the workflow, we build it in-house where it counts, and your data stays inside your walls the entire time.

— Have a workflow that's too sensitive to hand to a vendor? That's exactly the kind we build for.
